Survey Results: Popular Customer Benefit Offerings

VIPdesk recently presented a webinar on customer loyalty benefits development, titled “Competitive Differentiation Through Benefit Design and Fulfillment”.

During this webinar, presenter Mark Shore (VIPdesk’s VP, Partnership Marketing & Product Development) polled webinar attendees as to the popularity of benefits offered customers.

Survey results indicated that:

  • Airline benefits are the most important travel benefits to 50% of customers
  • Hotel benefits are the most important travel benefits to 17% of customers
  • Retail benefits/perks are the most important benefits to 25% of customers
  • Entertainment benefits are the most important benefits to 25% of customers
