Survey results indicated that:
- Airline benefits are the most important travel benefits to 50% of customers
- Hotel benefits are the most important travel benefits to 17% of customers
- Retail benefits/perks are the most important benefits to 25% of customers
- Entertainment benefits are the most important benefits to 25% of customers
